Beyond the Moon: Innovative Engineering Paths
The Colorado School of Mines Aerospace Interest Group and AIAA@Mines proudly present this year’s Trajectories – Beyond the Moon: Innovative Engineering Paths.
Mines alumni, students, faculty/staff and industry leaders are invited to attend this year's Trajectories that focuses on the technical fields that reach far beyond lunar exploration. Attendees will learn about emerging areas of aerospace, discover non-linear career journeys and engage directly with engineering professionals shaping the field.
Trajectories will feature a keynote address from Daniel Porpora ’06, ME ’07, a Program Manager in Space & Mission Systems at BAE Systems. Daniel’s keynote will explore how our understanding of the universe is shaped by the curiosity of scientists and the tools that allow us to see beyond the limits of human vision.
